Building a House

The Primary Class worked together to build their own house out of sticks from the field.  It was great to see the teamwork and cooperation demonstrated by the students. 

Igloo

The Primary Room is studying the Arctic in Social Studies. We decided to try making an igloo and the whole school is getting in on the fun! We are learning about the best way to make the square blocks, the type of snow that works best and lots and lots about teamwork and cooperation!! The children have also made up a work song that they have been singing as they shovel and pat and shovel and pat.
