GO Train
On Monday March 28th the kindergarten celebrated “Tt” week by going on the GO Train! We boarded the train and climbed up to the top level! Wow! We saw so much - Lake Ontario, CN Tower, rivers, houses, condos, factories and other trains! The seats were comfy and the ride was smooth and fast. It was tremendous fun!

Tasting the Trees
The grades 2 through 4 went to Kortright Centre for Conservation to experience the process of tapping trees to get sap for maple syrup. Although it was raining, it was an excellent experience.

Snow Fort
Enjoying the sunny days is one way to avoid those winter blues!
The grades 2 through 5 walked about 20 minutes to Rev. Brian Smith's house. There was a HUGE snow fort on the front lawn of the Smith home! The children had so much fun crawling through all the tunnels and afterward they were treated to hot chocolate and delicious treats by Mrs. Smith. Afterwards they walked all the way back to school. What a great way to get to know the neighbourhood!!

Enjoying Winter
Sunny winter days are beautiful! They are too beautiful to spend indoors, so the Junior Room students went for a walk in the park with Mrs. Pulpan. They walked on the creek and found the ice buried under the snow and they made snow angels.
